I watched a vid a couple of years ago about this subject and was really amazed . One of the ways to see these was to record footage and pay it back slow speed . I did this with dozens of home vids even documentary stuff of tv in fact every think I could get hold of and spent hours staring at life moving very slow

Never saw any rods . However I have no reason to believe that they dont exist but why isnt the phenomenon acknowledged more than it is ?
I still have my old vcr and tons of tapes to play around with if any come up I will post it .
I now speak with a distinct slur and talk very slowly

I think clearly some could be insects. Others are rather odd.

Thanks - Yeah thats the same man that had a documentary (and same footage) that was out on Discovery channel, but it was a good few years ago now.. there doesn't seem to have been any more research or answers recently. Hello! Here is my first post (well second if you count my post in the welcome section).. Does any one know anything or have any information on "rods". Its a subject that has mystified me for many years. It would be interesting to hear if anyone has any good info or views on this.
